he Isolyser SMS-4000 5.8 Liter Sharps Management System is a self-contained sharps disposal solution designed for the safe collection, treatment, and disposal of contaminated sharps in dental, medical, veterinary, and laboratory settings. Once the container is full, the included catalyst packets convert the proprietary liquid into a solid plastic polymer that encapsulates needles, blades, endodontic files, broken carpules, and other sharps, rendering them non-biohazardous and unusable. Disposal in regular trash is permitted in many states, subject to local regulations.
